Senators from Southern Nigeria have called on President Muhammadu Buhari to consider the recommendations of the 2014 National Conference.
They made the resolution on Saturday at the end of a three-day retreat held in Calabar, the Cross River state capital.
According to them, Buhari should convey a conference to consider the recommendations.
Chairman of the Southern Senators Forum, Senator Hope Uzodinma, also called on the National Assembly to consider immediate debate on the recommendations made by the National Conference delegates.
