Nigerian singer 9ice has revealed on his Instagram page that he just got a brand new tattoo on his arm.
The 38-year-old singer said the tattoo represented stages in his life: from his days in Bariga as an elementary school pupil, to his time as a superstar.
“The 6 Lines represent my 6 most memorable years at Abule okuta primary school bariga Lagos. Each line represent a year. The thickness represent my pain my gain my progress and my understanding of life…” he wrote.
9ice posted a video of the process of making the tattoo and captioned it, “Another One.”
While several persons condemned him for it, some gave him their support, even as others chose to sit on the fence.
And come to think of it, this did not go down well with his ex-wife Tony Payne. But that is not surprising.
“Oluwa oooo! This guy no dey hear word,” she wrote on the comment section.
