The Labour Party flag bearer for the forthcoming 2023 presidential election, Peter Obi, has insisted that Nigeria needs one visionary leader and disruptive thinker for the country to be back on the right trajectory.
Obi also urged Nigerians in the diaspora to exploit their network and numbers in demanding better government in their home country.
The former Anambra State governor wants Nigerians overseas to play their roles in holding the Nigerian government accountable.
He stated this in a series of tweets via his verified Twitter handle on Tuesday morning.
Obi said, “It can only take one visionary leadership and disruptive thinker for Nigeria to be put back on the right trajectory. Our vision and mission is to give full expression to our democracy by moving our country from consumption to production.”
